Komplete Performance circuits offer you a great mix of upper and lower body exercises to increase that heart rate, burn those calories, improve muscle tone and get that body moving. By using weights, bodyweight and functional fitness equipment you are guaranteed to leave knowing you have worked hard and made steps towards a healthier version of you.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS WITH CODIE CRAWSHAW

A fast paced fun filled full body workout. You will be guaranteed to burn those calories and tone up using a great mix of bodyweight and equipment based exercises. A perfect way to improve your health and wellbeing.

LIFT WITH LORRAINE

LIFT is a full body functional fitness class that will help improve your cardio, strength and mobility. You will be challenged using high reps and light weights enabling you to get a good sweat on as well as tone up. The perfect way to improve overall health and wellbeing.

RUN SPECIFIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Thursday 6:00 PM

Komplete Performance strength and conditioning for runners is perfect to help improve your running and greatly reduce your injury risk. Michelle Bowen will lead the class utilising specific exercises that will benefit the bio mechanical movements used during running. Making you a more efficient athlete.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WITH CODIE CRAWSHAW

Codie Crawshaw Fitness will take you through your paces on this Saturday morning class. You will be using a great mixture of equipment from barbells, sleds, kettlebells and slam balls. And everything in between. You will get to safely lift and move while being carfefully instructed throughout the session. A great class to set you up for the weekend.
