Corrective Exercise For Injury Prevention And Performance

Corrective Exercises utilise the science of human movement to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances found within the human body. These imbalances can be a result from anything like lifestyle, work related repetitive movements, injury and surgery. When there is a imbalance within the body this will create postural dysfunction, increased stress on joints and connective tissue like tendons, poor movement patterns, restricted performance and a increased risk of injury.
By addressing these imbalances we are able to reduce the injury risk, establish better posture,  better movement within the joints and muscles and increased performance.

After an initial consultation, posture and movement assessment, we can then start the 4 step Corrective Exercise Continuum.
