Here you will find our latest programs ready for you to download and get training instantly. Developed by our Strength & Conditioning Coach who has worked with both professional and amatuer athletes since 2017. You can now train like the pros, using the same techniques and training principles which has been used to get athletes racing at world cup level.
Costing just under £8.34 per week (£99.99 total).
Each week you will have access to 3x strength and conditioning gym based sessions, 2x bike sessions, which can be done either indoors or outdoors and monthly fitness and strength tests to track your progress. All supported and delivered through our app. All you will need to do is commit to 12 weeks to get the most out of it, and you will become a fitter, faster and stronger rider.
